We act on behalf of the client in determining the best time, cost, and quality construction methods for achieving your goals. The Construction Phase of a project would include all of the following expert Field Supervision and Project Management services, regardless of project size:

Develop and manage adherence to a comprehensive overall construction schedule
Coordinate and oversee all daily subcontractor and vendor activity, with close attention to manpower, productivity, and adherence to latest plans and specs
Implement and enforce quality control and safety programs
Weekly field meetings with subcontractors, building staff, and client’s vendors, when appropriate, to facilitate communication and job progress
Weekly client and design team meetings to report on job progress and hold all stakeholders accountable for tasks, RFI responses, and approvals
Document control and record-keeping
Efficient shop-drawing and submission processing
Up-to-date communication of design changes and RFIs using PlanGrid technology
Cost accounting and control
Coordinate with building services such as elevator, hoist, shut-downs, tie-ins, and noise control
Equipment and systems start-up/commissioning; end-user training
Client move-in support
Punch list and financial Project Close-Out
